quote, complete our onboarding form, or interact with our services:

- Identity number or company registration number

- Telephone / mobile number
- Physical / installation address
- Notification preferences (WhatsApp, email, or both)

We collect and process your personal information only for the following purposes:
- To prepare, issue, and manage pool upgrade quotations and related services
- To communicate with you regarding your quote, installation, and service delivery
- To coordinate with our subcontractors and service providers where necessary
- To generate invoices and comply with South African tax and financial obligations
- To send you notifications about your quote status and installation progress, based on your chosen contact preference

8. Cookies and External Services
Our website uses Google Places API to assist with address autocomplete on the
onboarding form. Google's use of address data is governed by Google's own
Privacy
Policy. No personal information is shared with Google beyond the address
fragments you type into the autocomplete field.
9. Email Unsubscribe
Every email notification we send includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You can opt out
of email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting
us directly. Even if you unsubscribe from email, we may still communicate with you
via WhatsApp or other channels based on your stated contact preference.
